1. Narrated to Hazrat Abu Huraira:

Once the Prophet (PBUH) entered the mosque, a man came in, offered the prayer, and greeted the Prophet. The Prophet returned his greeting and said, “Go back and pray again, for you have not prayed.” The man offered the prayer again, returned, and greeted the Prophet. He said thrice, “Go back and pray again, for you have not prayed.” The man said, “By Him Who has sent you with the truth! I do not know a better way of praying. Kindly teach Me how to pray.” He said, “When you stand for the prayer, say Takbir and then recite from the Qur’an what you know and then bow with Calmness till you feel at ease, then rise from bowing till you stand straight. Afterward, prostrate calmly till you feel at ease and then raise (your head) and sit with Calmness till you feel at ease and then prostrate with Calmness till you feel at ease in prostration and do the same in the whole of your prayer.

2. Narrated to Hazrat Ibn e Abbas:

The Holy Prophet (PBUH) said, “I have been ordered to prostrate on seven bones on the forehead along with the tip of the nose and the Prophet (PBUH) pointed towards his nose, both hands, both knees and the toes of both feet and not to gather the clothes or the hair.

3. Narrated to Ume Salama(the wife of The Holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad) :

(the wife of the Prophet) In the lifetime of Allah’s Messenger (PBUH), the women used to get up when they finished their compulsory prayers with Taslim. The Prophet (PBUH) and the men would stay at their places as long as Allah will. When the Prophet (PBUH) got up, the men would get up.

4. Narrated to Hazrat Abdullah bin Abi Qatada:

My father said, “The Holy Prophet (PBUH) in Duhr prayers used to recite Surah Al-Fatiha along with two other Suras in the first two Rakat: a long one in the first Rakat and a shorter (Sura) in the second, and at times the verses were audible. In the Asar prayer, the Prophet (PBUH) recited Al-Fatiha and two more Suras in the first two Rakat and used to prolong the first Rakat. And he used to prolong the first Rakat of the Fajr prayer and shorten the second.

In this Surah, Allah explained The day of judgment is a day of calamity. The good and bad shall be judged according to their works. Hawiyah(Name of Hell) described.
