1. Asma bint Yazid narrated:

Asma bint Yazid narrated: The Holy Prophet(PBUH) said, “The greatest name of Allah is in these two verses: Your God is one God, there is no God but Allah, the Gracious, the Merciful (2:163). As well as the opening of Surat Ali’ Imran: Allah, there is no God but Him, the Living, the Sustainer.” (3:2)

2. Narrated Abu Saeed Al-Khudri:

The Holly Prophet (PBUH) said, “Allah will say to the people of Heaven, O the people of Heaven! They will say, ‘Marhaba, O our Allah, and Trustworthy! Allah will say, ‘Are you Happy?’ They will say, ‘Why should we not be Happy since You have given us what You have not given to anyone of Your creation?’ Allah will say, ‘I will give you something better than that.’ They will reply, ‘O our Allah! And what is better than that?’ Allah will say, ‘I will bestow my pleasure and contentment upon you so that I will never be angry with you forever.

3. Narrated to Hazrat Abu Huraira:

Holy Prophet (PBUH) said, “Our Allah, the Blessed, the Superior, comes down on the nearest Paradise to us when the last 3rd of the night remains, saying: “Is there anyone to invoke Me, so that I may answer to invocation? Is there anyone to ask Me so that I may grant him his request? Is there anyone seeking My forgiveness so that I may forgive him?”

(Sahih al-Bukhari: 1145)

4.Narrated to Hazrat Abu Huraira(RA):

No Baby is born, but Shaitan pricks him, and he begins to weep because of the pricking of Shaitan except the son of Maryum and his mother. Abu Huraira then said: You may recite if you so like (the verse):” I seek Thy protection for her and her offspring against Shaitan the accursed” (3.36).

5. Narrated to Hazrat Abdur-Rahman bin Abi Laila:

Kab bin Ujrah met me and said, “Shall I not give you a present I got from the Prophet?” Abdur-Rahman said, “Yes, give it to me.” I said, “We asked Holy Prophet (PBUH) saying, ‘O Allah’s Messenger (PBUH)! How should one (ask Allah to) send blessings on you, the family members, for Allah has taught us how to salute you ( in the prayer)?’ He said, ‘Say: O Allah! Send Your Mercy on Muhammad and the family of Muhammad, as You sent Your Mercy on Abraham and the family of Abraham, for You are the Most Praise-worthy, the Most Glorious. Send Your Blessings on Muhammad and the family of Muhammad, as You sent your Blessings on Abraham and the family of Abraham, for You are the Most Praise-worthy, the Most Glorious.
