Few Important Incident in virtues of Surah Al-Anbiya

We mention some famous incidents related to Surah Al-Anbiya

1.Hazrat Abu As-Safer narrated that Abdullah bin Amar said:

“The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) passed by us while we were repairing a hut, so he said: ‘What is this?’ We said: “It has become weak, so we are repairing it.’ He said: I do not think but that the matter (of life) is more in fleeting than that.”

(Jamia -at-Trimzi: 2335)

2.Narrated to Hazrat Abu Saeed Al-Khudri:

Allah’s Messenger Holy Prophet (PBUH) addressed the people saying, “Allah has given the option to a slave to choose this world or what is with Him. The slave has chosen what is with Allah.” Abu Bakar wept, and we were astonished at his weeping caused by what The Holy Prophet (PBUH) mentioned as to a Slave ( of Allah) who had been offered a choice, (we learned later on) that Allah’s Messenger (PBUH) himself was the person who was given a choice and that Hazrat Abu Bakar knew best of all of us. Allah’s Messenger (PBUH) added, “The person who has favored me most with his company and wealth is Abu Bakr. If I were to take a Khalil other than my Lord, I would have taken Abu Bakr as such, but (what relates us) is the Islamic brotherhood and friendliness. All the gates of the Mosque should be closed except the gate of Hazrat Abu Bakr.

(Sahih al-Bukhari: 3654)

3.Narrated to Hazrat Ayesha:

“I have not seen anyone closer in conduct, way, and manners to that of the Messenger of Allah regarding standing and sitting, than Fatima, the daughter of the Messenger of Allah Almighty(PBUH).” She said, “Whenever she would enter upon the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), he would stand to her and kiss her, and he would sit her in his sitting place. Whenever the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) entered upon her, she would stand from her seat and kiss. So when the Prophet (PBUH) fell sick, and Fatima entered, she bent over and kissed him. Then she lifted her head and cried, then she bent over him, and she lifted her head and laughed. So I said: ‘I used to think that this one was from the most intelligent of our women, but she is just one of the women.’ So when The Holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH) died, I said to her: ‘ Do you remember when you bent over the Prophet (PBUH), and you lifted your head and cried, then you bent over him, then you lifted your head and laughed. What caused you to do that?’ She said: ‘Then, I would be the one who spreads the secrets. He (PBUH) told me that he was to die from his illness, so I cried. Then he told me that I would be the quickest of his family to meet up with him. So that is when I laughed.”

(Jamia at-Tirmidhi: 3872)
